The updated Grid has new flexible rows allowing each block to stretch as big as it needs for its content. There are new gutters on each side of the grid that can grow differently across devices allowing you to have a centered content column or a full width desktop site. Content placed in the gutter fill always be full width on all devices. And you now have control over image and video aspect ratio as well as separate padding and margins for all blocks.
